Undecided? Just Do It.

Procrastinating and indecision add to the stress
of decision-making and are

contrary to two of my favourite guiding mantras for managing in business and in life:
· DON’T WASTE TIME
· JUST DO IT
It’s easy to procrastinate by continuing to do research and analysis, testing alternatives, and assessing the risks and potential consequences under different scenarios.
However, you can avoid further time-wasting and stressful indecision by answering these simple questions – yes or no?
· Will more information or analysis change the conclusions?
· Is there a deadline for the decision?
· Is it time to decide now – Go or No Go?
· Are you ready to proceed and deliver on the best-case scenario?
· Can you reverse the decision and recover if the worst possible scenario happens?
No go may be the right decision. But stop wasting time and just do it.
Be better. Do better.
