New solutions will appear.
Let’s back up and start again.

Stop banging your head against the wall, confirming the definition of insanity, or at least stupidity and bad management, by repeating the same process over and over again and expecting different results. If it’s not working, stop doing it.
I know it seems to work for somebody else, which just makes it more frustrating and hard to explain. Especially if you’ve tried doing it harder, faster, with a bigger budget, more professional advice and assistance, and the results are still disappointing.
It’s time to think differently. Try another perspective. Don’t keep trying to do it better, do it differently. Look at it from the customer’s perspective, or the employee’s. What do they see that’s different from your perspective. Do they have ideas or suggestions worth considering?
Maybe just let it go for a while. Focus on another priority. Be more patient with slow progress.
Then be more creative when you come back to it. Brainstorm with all the other creative brains you can probe to solicit some new ideas. Be open to trying something completely different.
What if …??
Be better. Do Better. Be an Enlightened Entrepreneur.
