Enlightened Entrepreneurs are business owners and managers who lead their business to success while recognizing and accepting their responsibilities to respect employees and customers, business associates and suppliers, their communities and the planet.

Second, what's a successful business?

A successful business is built on sustainable long-term profitable relationships with loyal customers and supportive business partners.

What are the secrets to success?

Again repeating myself in six simple words: 

Have a Plan. Avoid the Mistakes.

It sounds simple, I know it's never easy. But you can do it!
